Lanty from Westmorland is a beautiful, traditionally inspired Fair Isle design using 16 British Breeds colours. It has a fitted silhouette with full length set in sleeves and a crew neck buttoned front. It is knitted flat in pieces from the bottom up. However, like most of Marie’s designs it can be knitted in the round with the introduction of 5, 7 or 9 steek stitches where the side seams, centre front and armholes would be.
The Lanty kit comes in one size, covering sizes S, M, L and XL. There is enough yarn in the kit to make the size XL. The pattern booklet in the kit covers the full size range.
If you wish to make sizes XXL, 2XL or 3XL, then just add the following British Breeds colours to your order:
XXL - 1 x Dark Apple.
2XL - 1 x Pale Oak, 1 x Chestnut, 1 x Rose, 1 x Dark Apple.
