Dispatch

We aim to dispatch all orders within 7 working days. Normally your order will be dispatched a lot quicker than this but at times of launches or special promotions this will increase to 7 working days.

Non UK Shipping

Royal Mail International Standard post is used for all single book orders and small yarn orders. Royal Mail International Tracked Heavier, Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed or Tracked post is used for all multiple book, yarn and all kits orders. Once shipped, orders generally take 10-14 working days to reach the EU, US and Canada and a little longer to reach New Zealand, Australia, South Africa and the Far East. If your order is being shipped using the tracked & signed or tracked service then you will be emailed a tracking number on dispatch.

UK Shipping

Royal Mail 1st Class post is used for all single book orders and small yarn orders. Royal Mail 1st Signed For post is used for all multiple book, yarn and all kits orders. Once shipped, orders generally take 2-3 working days within the UK.

Import VAT and Import Duty

We are currently not part of the IOSS (Import One Stop Shop) for EU customers. At checkout all EU customers are charged the non VAT price. Therefore all EU orders may be subject to import VAT and/or import duty. These fees are charged prior or on delivery of your order and must be paid in full before your order is delivered. 

For all other non UK customers, you will be charged the non VAT price at checkout and therefore you are responsible to pay any import tax and/or duty either prior or on delivery of your order.
