Overview

This policy sets out the returns policy for goods or services purchased through the online shop operated by Marie Wallin Designs Ltd.

Returns and refunds

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and must be in the original packaging.

Other types of services cannot be returned for a refund, eg., where the service begins as soon as you make a payment (eg., a downloadable PDF pattern) or a gift voucher.

Under the Consumer Protection Act Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you can change your mind about a purchase you have made within 7 working days after the date of delivery and you will be entitled to a full refund of the original purchase price for the item or service you wish to return, and the original postage and packaging charges made. You will not be entitled to a refund of the postage costs incurred in returning the item to us.

Our standard returns policy entitles you to a full refund of the puchase price and postage and packaging charges if you change your mind (ie. the item or sevices are not faulty or were not described properly) within 7 working days. Items must be returned at your shipping cost. You must contact us immediately by email, and return the item to us in unused condition within 30 days.

If you wish to return a physical item you have purchased from us, please contact us to inform us of the return as stated above. To obtain a refund for a non physical product (eg. PDF pattern), please contact us by email for further information about the return.

Once the return has been received and inspected we will contact you to let you know whether your refund will be processed or not, the refund amount will be applied to your original method of payment with 7 days.

If you have not received a refund when we have told you we have issued one, please check your bank account, Paypal records or card statement to make sure it has not been received, then contact your bank or card provider. Some bank and card companies take a number of days to credit your account.

If a returned item was originally purchased using a discount code or was on offer then you will only be refunded for the price you paid and not the full retail price.
